Participants will begin by learning the importance of understanding each team member’s natural strengths, skills, and abilities. They will explore methods for identifying individual strengths and weaknesses and how to create a plan for getting people into the right roles.

Next, the training session will delve into the process of role alignment, including simple job analysis, job design, and job evaluation. Participants will learn how to match specific job requirements with an individual’s strengths and how to create or refine the roles that best suit the organization and its team members. 

The session will also cover the importance of effective communication and collaboration within teams. Participants will explore how to create an environment where team members can work collaboratively and support each other’s strengths.

Throughout the training, participants will engage in group discussions and hands-on activities to reinforce their learning and share their experiences. The training session will conclude with an action planning session, where participants will create a plan to apply what they have learned in the session to their teams.
