Communication and Conflict Using DISC 2

May 16 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

In the second part of this course, participants will build upon their foundational knowledge of the DISC framework by reviewing and deepening their understanding of each DISC style. Following this review, the course introduces Tuckman’s Model of Team Development, which outlines the stages of team formation: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning.
